All of our alterations and repairs are carried out in our stores by our expert teams who are highly skilled and expertly trained. Thanks to the expertise of our teams and the fact no garments leave our premises, our turnaround times are very quick. We also have a “while you wait” service for no extra charge.* You will always be notified of the turnaround time when you leave your garments with us, which may be a little longer than usual when the material is more difficult to work (such as leather, suede and silk) or the alteration or repair is complicated which naturally takes a longer time period.

Your repair or alteration may be as simple as replacing buttons or a zip to being as complicated as a total re-fit, whatever it might be we ensure the same high levels of quality and workmanship are applied to each and every garment. Ever since we started our alterations and repairs service we pride ourselves on being able to make your garment fit you perfectly, like it made just for you.
